Welcome to Scarlet Fusion Designs! Scarlet Fusion Designs is co-owned by DeAlva LaSpaluto and Ruthie Downs.  As two self-pronounced fashionistas, we have passion for home crafted jewelry and accessories.  Our site is full of wonderful jewelry and knit accessories that will brighten your outfit and your day!  We hand make all jewelry and knit accessories that are listed in our site.  We are currently doing craft shows in central North Carolina and have a booth at the 2013 Apex Farmers Market.
